WeatherPokes provides forecast-based notifications for convenience. WeatherPokes is not an emergency warning system and must not be used as a replacement for official alerts, public safety guidance, or your own judgment.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for choosing saved places and rules that are appropriate for your use. Weather data and notifications may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or not delivered.

iOS EULA

The iOS app uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless WeatherPokes later publishes a custom EULA.
